IndiaFont V6 covers Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and English. Hindi and Marathi share the same Devanagari AMS fonts. In total there are 342 AMS fonts, plus 29 colour AMS fonts and 570+ Google Fonts. You type Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati the normal way (Unicode): the built-in converter turns it into AMS calligraphy.

IndiaFont is designed for graphic designers, wedding card designers, banner makers, social media content creators, branding professionals, print shop owners, and anyone who works with Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati typography. Both beginners and professionals can create stunning calligraphy without traditional calligraphy skills. CorelDRAW and Adobe users can also use the fonts and calligraphy inside their own program through the IndiaFont plugins.

In a regular font each letter has one design. In the AMS fonts many letters have several drawn shapes (letter shapes, also called letter variables): click a letter in IndiaFont V6 and pick another shape, or press Ctrl+. and Ctrl+, to step through them. Quick Calligraphy changes the shapes of a whole text in one click, and Calligraphy AI turns a typed word into ready calligraphy you can still edit, so no two designs need to look the same.

Go to indiafont.com/download and choose Windows or Mac; the button always gives you the newest IndiaFont V6. Install it, open it and sign in with Google or your IndiaFont email (or create a free account). You start on the Free plan (₹0, no card, no time limit) and can move to Pro any time.

Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), or macOS 13 Ventura or newer on an Apple chip or Intel Mac. 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended), 1 GB free disk space (3 GB with the full Pro library) and a screen of 1366 × 768 or larger. Internet is needed for sign-in, Calligraphy AI, library downloads and updates; designing works offline (connect at least once every two weeks). Plugins: CorelDRAW 2018 or newer (Windows) and Adobe CC 2020 or newer (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Yes. IndiaFont V6 runs on macOS 13 Ventura or newer, on Apple chip and Intel Macs, from one universal DMG. The Mac build is not Apple-signed yet, so the first time you open it macOS asks you to confirm: follow the Mac guide (System Settings › Privacy & Security › Open Anyway). On Mac the app shows a download link when an update is ready.

Download the installer for your computer from indiafont.com/download. On Windows, run the downloaded file and IndiaFont V6 installs and opens. On Mac, open the .dmg file, drag IndiaFont V6 to Applications and follow the Mac guide for the first open. Then sign in with Google or your IndiaFont email, or create a free account.

Quick Calligraphy is a one-click feature that gives your text a new calligraphy look by changing its letter shapes. Select a text, click Quick Calligraphy and get a new design instantly; click again for another variation. It works offline.

Letter variables (letter shapes in IndiaFont V6) are the extra drawn shapes that many letters of the AMS fonts have. Click a letter in your text and pick another of its shapes from the list, or press Ctrl+. and Ctrl+, to step through them. This is how you make calligraphy that looks hand-lettered instead of typed.

Calligraphy AI (the calligraphy maker) turns a word you type in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati or English into AMS-style calligraphy as editable vector art, on one line or several lines. The Free plan includes 10 a day and Pro 75 a day. It needs an internet connection.

Alom Wilom is a concept that extends the start and end letters of words with beautiful calligraphic swooshes. This traditional technique adds elegance and flair to your designs, making them look professionally hand-crafted. Perfect for wedding cards and premium branding.

Aa ki Matra (ा) is the most used element in Devanagari. The AMS fonts include many creative shapes for it, from decorative swooshes to art elements, and in IndiaFont V6 you pick them like any other letter shape. These transform ordinary text into extraordinary artwork.

Yes. In IndiaFont V6, My Fonts lets you use the fonts installed on your computer or add your own TTF/OTF files, and 570+ Google Fonts are built in. Letter shapes and Quick Calligraphy are features of the AMS fonts, so they work with the AMS fonts only.

Updates fix and improve IndiaFont V6 and arrive automatically on Windows (on Mac the app shows a download link). Your plan decides which fonts you have: Free includes 27 AMS fonts, Pro includes all 342 AMS fonts delivered with V6. The licence terms explain exactly what each plan covers.

AMS fonts are our specially designed calligraphy fonts with extra drawn letter shapes, Alom Wilom swooshes and Aa ki Matra variations. "AMS" stands for ArtoMania Studio. They are protected on your computer: you use them inside IndiaFont V6 and, through the IndiaFont plugins, inside CorelDRAW and Adobe programs.

IndiaFont V6 Pro Lifetime costs ₹12,400 + GST once: you pay one time and use IndiaFont V6 Pro for as long as you like, with free V6 fixes and improvements through automatic updates. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of IndiaFont V6, as with V4 and V5 before it. If you prefer to pay yearly, Pro Yearly is ₹1,420 + GST a year. Yes. Designs, calligraphy and exports you create with IndiaFont V6 may be used for personal and commercial work: printing, signage, social media, videos, products and client work. What you may not do is resell or give away the fonts or library items themselves. The V6 licence terms have the details.

Every IndiaFont V6 plan covers 1 computer. When you buy in time you get a second computer free (new users: within 30 days of first signing in). You can move your licence to another computer yourself from the app (My account › Computers).

The Free plan costs ₹0, needs no card and has no time limit. It includes 27 AMS fonts, Calligraphy AI 10 times a day, the free templates, text art and assets, designs up to 800 × 600 px with 2 pages each, up to 50 saved designs, the basic set of text effects, and JPG export with a watermark, 5 a day. The CorelDRAW and Adobe plugins work with the free fonts and items. Pro removes these limits.

The Free plan lets you try IndiaFont V6 before you pay, so we do not refund for a change of mind. Refunds are considered for duplicate payments, payments made without authorisation, and technical problems our support cannot solve within 7 days of your first request; requests must reach us within 15 days of purchase.

All fixes and improvements released for IndiaFont V6 are free and install through the app (automatically on Windows; on Mac the app shows a download link). A future major version is a separate product, as V6 is after V5.

IndiaFont V6 has 100+ ready effects built into the editor, from 7 effect engines: Text FX, Creative Effects, Effect Builder, Advanced 3D, True Shadow, Metal FX and the Filter library. There are also 11 warp styles that stay editable, image filters and 16 blend modes. (In V5 the effects were in a separate EffectX Studio.)

The Free plan includes the basic set of effects. Pro includes all 100+ effects and the Effect Builder, together with all 342 AMS fonts and the whole launch library of 5,300+ ready assets.

Advanced 3D is one of the effect engines in IndiaFont V6. It makes true 3D text with lighting and materials, so your calligraphy gets real depth for posters, banners and video titles.

Effects are part of your design in the IndiaFont V6 editor, so you export them with the design: JPG, PNG, WebP, TIFF, SVG, PDF, EPS or DXF. Free exports JPG with a watermark; Pro exports every format, up to 4× size, without a watermark.

IndiaFont V6 exports in 8 formats: JPG, PNG, WebP (2×/3×/4×), TIFF 300 DPI, SVG, PDF (multi-page), EPS and DXF (for laser and CNC). The Free plan exports JPG with a watermark, up to 1920 px, 5 a day; Pro exports every format, up to 4×, with no watermark and no limit.

IndiaFont V6 has a plugin for CorelDRAW 2018 or newer (Windows). Install it from the app (My account › Plugins › Install), then open the IndiaFont panel from CorelDRAW's Window menu. Its five tabs let you generate calligraphy, type with AMS fonts and change any letter shape, insert ready text art and assets, and use the pictures you made in V6, all inside your CorelDRAW document. Keep IndiaFont V6 running (it sits in the tray).

Yes. The IndiaFont V6 plugin works inside Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects (Adobe CC 2020 or newer). Install it from My account › Plugins › Install and open the IndiaFont panel from the program's Window menu. In Premiere Pro and After Effects the panel inserts PNG pictures.

Yes. Use the IndiaFont panel inside Photoshop (the V6 plugin, Adobe CC 2020 or newer), or export your design from IndiaFont V6 as a transparent PNG and place it in Photoshop.

Internet is needed for sign-in, Calligraphy AI, library downloads and updates. Designing works offline, including Quick Calligraphy and the Unicode-to-AMS converter. Connect at least once every two weeks so the app can check your plan.

IndiaFont V6 works with your IndiaFont account (Google or email), so there are no licence keys: your plan, your computers and your downloads are tied to your account, and existing customers keep their account. It also protects the fonts. Your designs stay on your computer, not on a server; use Backup and restore to keep a copy.

Unicode is the standard way of typing Indian languages. AMS is our own encoding that makes letter shapes possible. IndiaFont V6 has a built-in Unicode-to-AMS converter, so you type Hindi, Marathi or Gujarati the normal way and it becomes AMS calligraphy; it also gives typing suggestions from English. It works offline.

Download the installer again from indiafont.com/download (it is always the newest version) and make sure you have at least 1 GB of free disk space. If your antivirus blocks the installer, allow it and try again. On Mac, follow the Mac guide for the first open. If it still fails, contact support on WhatsApp 8767303135.

Check your internet connection. Sign in the same way you signed up: Continue with Google, or your IndiaFont email and password. If you forgot the password, reset it from the sign-in screen. Contact support if it still does not work.

Restart IndiaFont V6 and check that you are signed in and online, so the app can check your plan. Make sure you have enough free disk space. Fonts marked Pro need a Pro plan. If the problem stays, contact support on WhatsApp 8767303135.

Close other applications to free memory. Ensure you meet recommended (not just minimum) system requirements. Use smaller canvas sizes for complex designs. Update your graphics drivers. Consider upgrading RAM if below 8GB.

Check your program version (CorelDRAW 2018 or newer; Adobe CC 2020 or newer). Install the plugin from IndiaFont V6 (My account › Plugins › Install), restart CorelDRAW or the Adobe program, and open the panel from its Window menu. Keep IndiaFont V6 running and signed in on the same computer while you use the panel.
