Aa ki Matra (ा) is the most used element in Devanagari. IndiaFont provides 50+ creative variations including meaningful art elements like king face, swords, musical instruments, and decorative swooshes. These transform ordinary text into extraordinary artwork.

The Magnetic Selection Tool helps select individual letters in Devanagari text, which can be difficult due to overlapping characters (like UKAR, Matra). Click to select the first letter, then use Next/Previous buttons to navigate through each character easily.

No, new fonts are not included in free version updates. Free updates only include bug fixes, performance improvements, and enhancements to existing features within the same version. New fonts are typically introduced with major version upgrades, which may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee.

AMS fonts are our specially designed calligraphy fonts that support Letter Variables, Alom Wilom, and Aa ki Matra variations. "AMS" stands for ArtoMania Studio. These fonts are exclusive to IndiaFont and cannot be used outside the software.

Lifetime license means you pay once and use your purchased version of IndiaFont forever - no subscriptions, no recurring fees. All EffectX Studio tools export in high-resolution JPG and transparent PNG formats. The resolution can be adjusted for different needs - from social media to large print.

IndiaFont exports in multiple formats: JPG (photos), PNG (transparent), SVG (scalable vector), and PDF (print-ready vector). You can also copy directly to CorelDraw and Illustrator.

Internet is required for initial activation, login, font updates, and the Unicode-to-AMS converter. Once activated, most features work offline. The Art Library downloads require internet.

The login-based system allows you to use IndiaFont on any computer by simply logging in. It also enables cloud sync, automatic updates, and protects against piracy. You can logout from one device and login on another.

Unicode is the standard encoding for typing Indian languages. AMS is our custom encoding that enables Letter Variables. IndiaFont includes a Unicode-to-AMS converter so you can type normally in English/Hindi, and it converts automatically to our calligraphy fonts.

Try running the installer as Administrator (right-click > Run as Administrator). Temporarily disable antivirus during installation. Ensure you have 500MB free space. If issues persist, download the installer again and contact support.
