We encourage all users to download and test our free trial version before making a purchase. The trial allows you to explore the software interface, test the calligraphy tools, and experience the workflow firsthand.
Please Note: The trial version includes a limited selection of fonts for testing purposes, and the export functionality is disabled. This allows you to evaluate the software's capabilities while the full font library and export features are reserved for licensed users.
1. Refund Eligibility
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Below are the general guidelines for determining eligibility:
1.1 Situations Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Technical Issues: You experience persistent technical problems that prevent the software from functioning correctly, and our support team is unable to resolve them within 7 days of your initial support request.
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same license or subscription twice. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.
- Unauthorized Transaction: Your payment method was used without your knowledge or authorization. We may require additional verification in such cases.
1.2 Situations Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer need the software after purchase, particularly if you had the opportunity to use the free trial beforehand.
- Request After 15 Days: Refund requests submitted more than 15 days after the original purchase date.

4. Subscription Cancellation

5. Chargeback Policy

7. Custom Calligraphy Services
Our On-Demand Calligraphy Service operates under separate refund terms due to the personalized nature of the work:
- Before Work Begins: A full refund is available if you cancel before our team starts working on your project.
- After First Draft: A 50% refund may be issued if you are unsatisfied with the initial direction and wish to discontinue.
- After Final Delivery: No refunds are available once the completed work has been delivered, as the custom creation process is complete.
