3. License Grant

Upon completing your purchase and subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software. This license permits you to:

• Install and operate the Software on the number of devices specified in your subscription plan.
• Utilize the fonts and creative assets included within the Software for personal and commercial design projects.
• Export and distribute designs and artwork created using the Software.

3.1 License Restrictions

Your license is subject to the following restrictions. You agree NOT to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Software or its individual components outside of permitted uses.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or transfer your license to any third party.
• Use the fonts outside of the IndiaFont application (fonts cannot be installed as system fonts).
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or watermarks on the Software.
• Use the Software for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Redistribute, resell, or share the fonts or artwork assets as standalone files.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Available Plans

We offer several subscription options to meet different user needs:

• 1-Year Subscription: Full access to all Software features for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
• 5-Year Subscription: Full access to all Software features for a period of five years from the date of purchase.
• Lifetime License: Perpetual access to the Software version purchased, including updates as specified at the time of purchase.

4.2 Subscription Terms

Please be aware of the following subscription policies:

• Your subscription period begins on the date of purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You are responsible for renewing before expiration to maintain uninterrupted access.
• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing for future subscriptions with advance notice.

5. User Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with IndiaFont, you agree to the following:

• Font designs, typefaces, and typography.
• Graphics, illustrations, icons, and visual elements.
• Trademarks, trade names, logos, and brand identities.
• User manuals, tutorials, and educational materials.

Your license grants you the right to use the Software as specified but does not confer any ownership interest in our intellectual property.

7. User-Created Content

You retain full ownership of the designs, artwork, and creative works you produce using IndiaFont. However, by using our Software, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or feature your work for promotional and marketing purposes, with appropriate attribution, unless you specifically opt out by contacting us.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our website and Software responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of our services or infrastructure.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access our services without written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARTOMANIA STUDIO PVT LTD AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages exceeding the total amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArtoMania Studio Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Software or website.

• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

13. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately, and you must uninstall and destroy all copies in your possession.
