Windows Installation Issues
Installation Fails with Error
Solution 1: Run as Administrator
- 1.Right-click the installer
- 2.Select "Run as administrator"
- 3.Try installation again
Solution 2: Disable Antivirus
- 1.Temporarily disable antivirus
- 2.Run installation
- 3.Re-enable antivirus after
Solution 3: Clean Install
- 1.Uninstall any previous version
- 2.Delete IndiaFont folder from Program Files
- 3.Restart computer
- 4.Install fresh
"App Cannot Start" Error
Solution:
- 1.Install/update .NET Framework
- 2.Install Visual C++ Redistributable
- 3.Restart computer
- 4.Try launching again
Insufficient Disk Space
- •Need minimum 500 MB free
- •Check C: drive space
- •Clear temp files
- •Uninstall unused programs
Mac Installation Issues
"Cannot Open - Unidentified Developer"
Solution:
- 1.Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy
- 2.Click "Open Anyway" next to IndiaFont message
- 3.Click "Open" in confirmation
App Crashes on Launch
Solution:
- 1.Check macOS version (need 10.14+)
- 2.Restart Mac
- 3.Redownload installer
- 4.Reinstall application
Permission Denied
Solution:
- 1.Go to System Preferences
- 2.Security & Privacy > Privacy
- 3.Grant necessary permissions to IndiaFont
