Account Not Found

Already Logged In Elsewhere
If you see "Already logged in on another device":
- 1.Logout from the other device
- 2.Wait 2-3 minutes
- 3.Try logging in again
- 4.If no access to other device, contact support
Trial Expired
- •Trial is 7 days from activation
- •Cannot restart trial
- •Purchase license to continue
- •Contact support for issues
License Issues
License Not Found
- •Verify purchase email
- •Check order confirmation
- •Allow 24 hours after purchase
- •Contact support with purchase details
License Expired
- •Lifetime licenses don't expire
- •Verify you have correct license type
- •Contact support for verification
Server Issues
If login fails with server error:
- 1.Wait 5-10 minutes and retry
- 2.Check if internet is stable
- 3.Try different network
- 4.Check [status page] for outages
