Cannot Login

Check Basics

  1. 1.Internet connection - Required for login
  2. 2.Email/password - Verify correct credentials
  3. 3.Caps Lock - Passwords are case-sensitive

Reset Password

  1. 1.Click "Forgot Password" on login screen
  2. 2.Enter your registered email
  3. 3.Check inbox (and spam folder)
  4. 4.Follow reset link
  5. 5.Create new password

Account Not Found

  • Verify the email address
  • Check if you registered with different email
  • Contact support if unsure

Already Logged In Elsewhere

If you see "Already logged in on another device":

  1. 1.Logout from the other device
  2. 2.Wait 2-3 minutes
  3. 3.Try logging in again
  4. 4.If no access to other device, contact support

Trial Expired

  • Trial is 7 days from activation
  • Cannot restart trial
  • Purchase license to continue
  • Contact support for issues

License Issues

License Not Found

  • Verify purchase email
  • Check order confirmation
  • Allow 24 hours after purchase
  • Contact support with purchase details

License Expired

  • Lifetime licenses don't expire
  • Verify you have correct license type
  • Contact support for verification

Server Issues

If login fails with server error:

  1. 1.Wait 5-10 minutes and retry
  2. 2.Check if internet is stable
  3. 3.Try different network
  4. 4.Check [status page] for outages
